It was originally designed by Thomas Jefferson for studying multiple texts at the same time. This version uses many of the same fabrication techniques as almost all parts are handmade by myself. \u003cbr\u003e\nEach side moves independently of the others and has 5 different heights that the stands can be set to. The top has 6 different adjustable angles for either reading or displaying your favorite texts and each book shelf has page holders to keep your texts open. \u003cbr\u003e\nMeasuring at 12 inches across the square top, and 16 inches from the base to the closed top panel, the Bookstand has a small footprint when closed.\u003c\/p\u003e \n\n\u003cp\u003eWe are now offering the “Jordan” version of the Jefferson Bookstand - this version would remove the top stand and replace it with an engraving and epoxy fill.
